Registration
Registration is not necessary to purchase products from us.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain
personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You
must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping
address).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your
orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this
information to contact you.
RMS uses PayPal® to process your credit card.
RMS has implemented a security feature in our credit card processing with PayPal® requiring your Home Telephone number
to process a purchase. Credit card companies attach a home phone number
(usually) to your credit card and PayPal® will attempt to verify that the information is correct. This is just another way to deter fraudulent transactions against your credit cards. It is not a perfect solution, but it will help!
If the purchase information does not match up to what is on the
credit card, we will be using these numbers to call you for that transaction alone; and, only to verify that "you" indeed made the purchase.
- We will not be calling you if everything matches up
and we will not be calling you to solicit anything from
you.
- We will never ask you for your usernames, passwords, or
credit card info!
- We will not be calling you to just "chat"; though we would
love to know more about you and your Rides; your privacy and
safely is much more important!
- We never have and never will sell, trade or give out
your private information, EVER!
We hope you understand why we are making this security
feature a requirement and will respect our attempts to protect
you as a customer. If you have any questions, please let

About Children (Under 18)
For their protection, we ask that children do not submit information
to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used
to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies,
which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are
embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period
at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by
