We use a secure checkout system with PayPal®.  You may use your PayPal® account or if you do not have a PayPal® account, you can select the secure credit card payment option through PayPal®.  This is by far the easiest and safest method for you to shop for the parts you need.  When you purchase with PayPal®, your auto parts and accessories receive priority handling in our warehouse and usually get shipped out the very same day.  This gets you up and on the road in no time.

07/03/08 - RMS will be closed during the 4th of July 2008 holiday. During that time, please take advantage of a 5% discount storewide! Enjoy the holiday weekend with friends and family.

06/09/08 - RMS will be at the Host Hotel for the ISSCA Nationals.  All orders placed during the Fathers Day week and weekend will be shipped the following week.  We hope to see everyone there for a weekend of racing!

05/22/08 - We hope to see you at the 2008 ISSCA Nationals in St. Louis. We plan to bring a van full of parts and goodies to keep everyone on the track! If you know you will need parts and want to save on shipping, order them now and indicate "Pick Up Parts From RMS" as your shipping option during checkout and make a note to us to deliver them to the Nationals in the notes section. We will have them available for pick up at the Host Hotel or at the track.
We will also be bringing two coolers FULL of free ICE COLD WATER every day of the event!!! Stop by the RMS Tents to keep yourself cool and hydrated during the event.

04/23/08 - We have updated our system to better handle cart quantity update transactions. If you have any problems, please let us know.

04/15/08 - GM can no longer point to trucking and weather issues; the word is on the street. Numerous articles and news feeds about internal strife from the strikes around the country, union labor shortages, disruptions from manufacturers and remanufacturers, and a myriad of other internal issues is causing more latency for us getting the parts you need.  We are doing all we can to find sources within the GM and AC Delco network to get the parts shipped to your door.  Rest assured, we will not be filling boxes with aftermarket (Non OEM) parts!

03/25/08 - Due to snowstorms and other trucking issues, we are experiencing latency getting parts from General Motors. If your order is delayed by the shortages caused by GM lately, we will be contacting you to keep you updated on any ETA news. We are doing all we can to expedite part shipments around the country by ordering parts from additional GM warehouses and dealers.  We apologize for this an hope to get through these issues with GM quickly. Please let us know if you need additional help with your order.

03/19/08 - We are proud to announce that we are once again sponsoring the ISSCA Nationals for the 50th Anniversary of the Impala SS. Be sure to join us in St. Louis at the RMS Tents, both at the Host Hotel and at the race track, for some much needed shade, Ice Cold water and special raffle and discounts on parts and accessories this year.

03/10/08 - We have updated our system to handle new security requirements of PayPal® credit card transactions. If you have any problems, please let us know.

02/29/08 - The RMS office will be closed during the week of February 29 - March 7th as we will be on our Honeymoon. All online orders will go out Monday, March 10th, 2008.

02/18/08 - We have corrected an error in the quantity checking portion of the new checkout system.  For those of you who encountered the PayPal error stating that the items you ordered were invalid; this has been fixed.  We apologize for the errors and inconvenience this has caused.  We wish to thank everyone who helped in the debugging process. If you have any other questions or have any additional problems, please let us know.

02/15/08 - We have updated our system to streamline the checkout process as well as give you greater shopping functionality. Look for more updates to the catalog very soon! If you have any problems, please let us know.

02/11/08 - We have been updating the store with new features to make shopping easier. We will be adding a customer review section for you to make comments and suggestions to other customers about your experience with the products you buy. Stay tuned. If you have any problems, please let us know.

01/23/08 - We wish to thank everyone for their patience during the our e-mail server outage; our e-mail is now flowing once again. You can still call us at (888) 658-4675 Ext. 101 to fulfill any questions or orders you have. Please let us know if you have any further troubles.

01/22/08 - Due to some currently unexplained errors from our e-mail server, our e-mail is not flowing. If you have sent in an e-mail or were expecting one from us and have not seen it yet; this is why. We are truly sorry, but for technical reasons, not yet fixed, our e-mails will be "in the shop, needing parts". As soon as this is fixed, we will post here that all is well again. Until then, please call us at (888) 658-4675 Ext. 101 to fulfill any questions or orders you have. Please let us know if there is any other trouble and thank you all for detecting the errors and letting us know.

01/01/08 - Happy New Year! We will be making some changes on the catalog and how the store works in the near future to include faster checkout processes and new ways for long time customers to shop. Stay tuned!

12/21/07 - The RMS offices will be closed on December 24-26, 2007 in observance of Christmas!  Have a wonderful time remembering and celebrating the reason for the season with your friends and family.

12/01/07 - As many of you have come to hear the rumor that Dal Slabaugh has retired.  We would like to officially post that Dal has indeed retired from "full time" support and has moved himself and family to warmer climates. He has kept his personal e-mail address and will answer questions as he can; when he can..., but he asks that all your requests be made through the RMS Auto Parts E-Mail.  We wish him the best and thank him dearly for all his efforts and his continued support!  We would like to get the word to you all directly that Dal's pricing and services will not stop due to his retirement. We are filling his enormous shoes as best we can and hope to keep you all on the road with the best prices on parts as you all have come to expect.  Let us know if there is anything we can get for you.

11/19/07 - The RMS offices will be closed on November 21-23, 2007 in observance of Thanksgiving. Have a great holiday!

10/25/07 - On Saturday, October 27, 2007 between the hours of midnight and 6:00am CST, the RMS web servers will be down for system upgrades.  We apologize for the downtime in advance, but these upgrades will benefit everyone in the long run!  Let us know if you have any troubles over the weekend beyond the expected window of maintenance.

10/25/07 - We have updated our system to better handle FedEx shipping costs when splitting large orders between multiple boxes. If you have any problems, please let us know.

09/25/07 - The strike is over and it looks like parts will be flowing across the country with very short delays (if any)... we will update all customers of any expected delays as soon as they are known.

09/24/07 - Not since 1970 has a "Nationwide Strike" been called and we all hope it ends very soon!  We realistically expect the GM & AC Delco workers strike will affect part orders with some short term delays, but we will strive to fulfill your orders as best as possible by drawing on parts warehouses from all over the country.  We will contact all customers with backorder status updates as they appear.
