All RMA requests must be filed within 10 days of shipment.
All returned merchandise must be properly packaged and
returned in the original manufacturer box it was
delivered in or your RMA will not be approved.
Once the RMA is complete, you will receive a refund minus
shipping and handling fees.
All Electrical items returned must be unopened, completely
unused and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges or wrong part shipped do not incur any restocking
fees so long as the products are returned unopened/unused and in
the original manufacturers packaging.
Warranty claims processing may use this form to begin the
returns process.
Please use this form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for a new part or a core return.
Shortly after you submit the form, you will be contacted with your RMA Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Note: Please allow 2-4 days for RMA processing to determine
eligibility for parts return.Examples: You ordered the wrong part and need to exchange the one you received for the correct one; We sent the wrong part and need to send the correct one; You don't need the part now and would like a
RMS store credit for use in buying another part, or you'd like to return it, get refunded, and pay the
