RMS Automotive Supply, LLC - RMA Form

This will help you process an RMA with RMS Automotive Supply, LLC: (please read this form carefully and fill it out completely)

  • You must use this form to process a return.
  • You must return all parts to:
    RMS Auto Parts
    965 North Walnut Avenue

    New Braunfels, Texas 78130
  • All RMA requests must be filed within 10 days of shipment.
  • All returned merchandise must be properly packaged and returned in the original manufacturer box it was delivered in or your RMA will not be approved.  Do not destroy, write on, modify or remove the manufacturers label from the box or your RMA will not be approved.
  • Once the RMA is complete, you will receive a refund minus shipping and handling fees.
  • All Electrical items returned must be unopened, completely unused and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges or wrong part shipped do not incur any restocking fees so long as the products are returned unopened/unused and in the original manufacturers packaging.
  • Warranty claims processing may use this form to begin the returns process.

Please use this form to obtain an RMS Auto Parts Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for a new auto part or a core return.
Shortly after you submit the form, you will be contacted with your RMA Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Note: Please allow 2-4 days for RMA processing to determine eligibility for your auto parts return.
