07/12/10 - RMS has implemented a new security feature in our credit card processing with PayPal® requiring your Home Telephone number
to process a purchase. Credit card companies attach a home phone number
(usually) to your credit card and PayPal® will attempt to verify that the information is correct. This is just another way to deter fraudulent transactions against your credit cards. It is not a perfect solution, but it will help!
If the purchase information does not match up to what is on the
credit card, we will be using these numbers to call you for that transaction alone; and, only to verify that "you" indeed made the purchase.
- We will not be calling you if everything matches up
and we will not be calling you to solicit anything from
you.
- We will never ask you for your usernames, passwords, or
credit card info!
- We will not be calling you to just "chat"; though we would
love to know more about you and your Rides; your privacy and
safely is much more important!
- We never have and never will sell, trade or give out
your private information, EVER!
We hope you understand why we are making this security
feature a requirement and will respect our attempts to protect
you as a customer. If you have any questions, please let

local flooding taking out phones and internet, our offices were
inadvertently closed this morning. We are working with our
